Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Classes
NAMI DuPage is pleased to offer the 8-week WRAP to individuals living with a mental health condition and continue building their knowledge and confidence in their recovery through building their crisis plan. For more information, please contact Eric Metcalf at [email protected].

- A crisis plan developed & managed by you
- Creating your wellness toolbox
- Learning key recovery concepts
- Designing a personal crisis plan
Date: Thursdays & Sundays, 3/16/23 – 5/4/23
Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm
Location: Zoom (must be able to access Zoom and agree to use camera and sound)
